Co-founder of Liberty Financial Group, Randolph Fisher is a graduate of Rutgers University’s distinguished school of business, where he earned a dual bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Randolph is a financial commentator, a published author, radio host, and a certified annuity specialist (CAS) earned from the Institute of Business & Finance.
Randy is regularly sought out as a platform speaker at national conferences and training events, and he regularly conducts financial workshops. His passions include educating, coaching, scuba diving, fishing, traveling, volunteering with charities such as Wounded Warriors, the Tim Tebow Foundation, and Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as spending time with his family.

Peggy has an extensive background with more than two decades of insurance expertise, concentrating in risk management. After working with multiple industry giants, Peggy has transitioned from the corporate insurance offices back to the public forum in 2015 to assist in running day to day activities at Liberty Financial Group and to assist private clients with insurance and retirement income needs.
Peggy is a co-author of an upcoming book, which will be released in the second quarter of 2020. She resides in Flemington, New Jersey, with her husband and business partner, Randy; daughter, Allison; two sons, Randy III and Quinn; and their two dogs and Louis the cat.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Michael Canet attended law school at the Catholic University of America, earning a spot on the Legal Honor Society. He then earned his LLM in taxation from the University of Baltimore. As a Wilson Scholar, Michael made the “Who’s Who of American University Students” list.
As founding member of Prostatis Financial Advisors Group, Michael has built his business and reputation on the stability he provides for his clients for over three decades, establishing four offices covering Baltimore, Washington, northern Virginia, and Florida. Mike is also a registered representative of Peak Brokerage Services, LLC. In 2011, the governor appointed Michael to the State Board of Individual Tax Preparers as a state regulator. He currently sits on the Board of Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Services as well as the University of Baltimore President’s Council Board.
Michael has been married for 32 years now. His youngest son, Brian, works for the firm as a research analyst, and his oldest son, Michael, is in sales. Michael and his wife, Helen, enjoy traveling and “glamping” and love to host dinner parties where they dip into their extensive wine collection.

Thomas Carfagno is a graduate of the University of New Haven, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Thomas has worked in the accounting industry for the past 25 years, including corporate accounting jobs through KPMG and as assistant comptroller for a multi-national importer. Settling down in Flemington, New Jersey, with his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, and three children, Julia, Katie, and Sarah.
Thomas eventually exited the corporate world and successfully ventured into small upstart companies and franchises on multiple occasions. After successfully constructing and selling these profitable businesses, Tom had decided to enter into the personal finance and public tax arena as a personal tax preparer and financial advisor.
